The Payment Charge given for Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor, Api Partner, White Label & Admin Deal is not refundable once credited to the company's account. And after 100% payment only the Software will be handover to customer.
"Please note that if our services remain inactive or unused for a period of three consecutive months, your account will be suspended for security purposes. In such cases, any payments previously made are non-refundable."
"If you have made a payment but have not yet registered for our services, please note that a refund will be processed after deducting 18% GST and applicable service charges. The remaining balance will be credited to your account within 7 working days. You are required to provide your payment details via email for further processing."
